Employee Welfare and Benefits

The company has an Employee Welfare Committee, and, in accordance with the regulations of the Employee Welfare Fund Act, allocates welfare funds monthly. The committee is responsible for planning employee welfare and managing the income and expenses of the welfare funds.

In addition to the welfare provided by the Employee Welfare Committee, the company has formulated methods for year-end bonus distribution, employee stock options, and dividend handling. This is to enhance employee welfare, and the company provides group life insurance, accident insurance, medical insurance, and overseas travel safety insurance for all employees. Additional subsidies are provided for weddings, funerals, celebrations, etc.

The company has an arts and cultural center to provide employees with a space for rest and leisure activities to promote physical and mental well-being. Subsidiaries such as Dongguan Gem Electronic & Metal Co., Ltd., Suzhou Gem Opto-Electronics Terminal Co., Ltd., and Vietnam Gem Electronic and Metal Co., Ltd. have employee restaurants, basketball courts, welfare clubs, and other living facilities.
