Labor-Management Agreement
The company has implemented a proposal system with operational guidelines to reward effective suggestions. Each employee has an email inbox, and a suggestion box is available at the guardhouse. Regular labor-management coordination meetings and Employee Welfare Committee sessions are conducted. Employees have the option to communicate directly with management or use the suggestion box for feedback or complaints.
Employee Rights Protection Measures:
1. The company has established various management systems covering personnel appointments, salary management, transfers, promotions, retirement, welfare, and employee evaluations. Every employee receives a “Code of Conduct” handbook to acquaint them with regulations and rights, and dedicated personnel provide relevant information.

3. To establish a robust internal mechanism for processing and disclosing significant information, preventing inappropriate information leaks, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in external information disclosure, the company has formulated internal procedures for handling significant information. These procedures are approved by the Board of Directors, communicated to all employees, and disclosed on the company’s website (https://www.gem.com.tw) for implementation thereafter.
